By making a booking for services or reserving the studio space with SNE Beauty Studio<\/strong>, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers and individuals who engage our services or use our space for business purposes.<\/p>

All services, treatments, and studio rental slots are subject to availability and may be amended or adjusted when necessary. SNE Beauty Studio reserves the right to update service details, pricing, or availability at any time.<\/p>

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A full payment or deposit may be required to secure any booking or rental. A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. SNE Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline any booking if payment is not completed or is found to be invalid.<\/p>

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In special cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven to fourteen working days. SNE Beauty Studio also reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booking or rental session due to unforeseen circumstances, and where applicable, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered.<\/p>

By proceeding with a booking or rental, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for your own booking and any activities conducted under it. Any misuse, including false information or inappropriate behavior, may result in cancellation without refund.<\/p>

For clients receiving services, all treatments are provided based on individual needs and conditions, and results may vary. No guaranteed outcomes are promised.<\/p>

For individuals renting the studio space, you agree to use the premises responsibly and only for appropriate and lawful business activities. You are fully responsible for your own clients, tools, products, and operations. SNE Beauty Studio shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your business activities within the premises.<\/p>

Any damage caused to the studio, furniture, or equipment during the rental period must be fully compensated by the renter. SNE Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate any usage that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with our standards.<\/p>

SNE Beauty Studio shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises. While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, all items are brought in at your own risk.<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.<\/p>
